Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world such as within USA, and internationally such as Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Finland, Normay, Brazil, Singapore. Note that there are restrictions on duty surcharges issued by their countries; customs. Pls be informed that we are not responsible on those duty surcharges by customs, even with free standard shipping.


When you place an order, we will ship out the orders (in stock) from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We normally ship by US Postal Services. When a customer chooses the shipping option, and delivery dates (ship out time + estimated shipping time) for you to receive the package. For example, if you choose priority mail estimated 1-3 business days Plus 1-2 bussiness days).

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

You may return regular priced items (e.g. faux furs products) , unopened items (e.g. fascinators, garters) within 7 days upon receipt of products for a refund except non-refundable shipping cost and 20% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect items).

 

We do not charge any handling fees on any exchanges in stock items but at your own expenses for back and forth shipping costs. To avoid any exchange, you can contact us if you have any questions regarding sizes, quantity.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after we received your package(s). However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
